Ozinus Realty LLC (the REIT) today paid a dividend to the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund of US$753,758.
Translating this amount into AUD, the dividend banked will be $930,414.
The actual dividend declared for the year ended 31 December 2014 was $915,000 and represents 90% of the REITs US taxable income. After deducting withholding tax the net dividend paid was $753,758.
The Fund will be paying a 4 cent per unit distribution it declared in December on or before 31 January 2015.
