Overnight Ozinus Realty, LLC (the US REIT owned by the Fund) closed on two more properties: 5636 Youngquist Road ($450,000) and Ft Myers and 5760 Youngquist Road, Ft Myers ($650,000).
These properties are both positive cashflow at acquisition and were purchased at about half estimated replacement value.
Both are multi tenant industrial flexible dwellings that were acquired as a package from the same vendor.
