In an effort to deliver better efficiencies we have decided to change auditors in an effort to have the one firm audit our US and Australian operations.
The swap over is well under way and it is a requirement that I formally notify you that the existing auditor has voluntarily resigned, and that we have received ASIC consent to the resignation. The details of the changes are as follows:
