I’m pleased to advise that the Fund acquired its third property in Georgia after closing on ‘McDonough Exchange’ – a multi tenant industrial property at 1461-1473 Hwy 20, McDonough, GA, 30253.
The purchase price was US$2.8m – a healthy discount to the independently appraised price of US$3.5m. More information about the property will be released in the property profiles section in due course.
At 31 December 2014 the Fund’s property portfolio totalled US$51.2m at cost. There is approx US$1.5m in cash reserves available to invest.
