The Offer will be funded with cash holdings of the Fund. PCL has allocated an amount of $3M from Fund assets for the purposes of this Offer.
This redemption will open up a limited opportunity for new and top up investors to increase their unitholdings. More information about how much capital is available and how to go about applying for it will be provided in early October once statistics about the redemptions are known.
