I’m pleased to report that we have now closed on the latest acquisition for the Fund: an 29,800 square foot flexible-tenant industrial building in Cape Coral (Ft Myers) Florida.
The property was acquired for $900,000, or $30.20 per square foot. This represents excellent value for money as the building has been insured for estimated replacement value of $1,788,000. Also negotiated was $300,000 owner finance at 4.5% interest-only for seven years.
