New Application Instructions

Please note that the Fund is presently closed and not taking new or top up applications. You can however download the PDS and review it ahead of the Fund reopening at a later date.

These instructions are only relevant for new investors to the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund (the Fund).

If you are an existing investor seeking to increase your investment in the same name as was previously used, then please refer to the Top Up Investor Application Instructions

Step 1: Download & Read The PDS

Your starting point is to download and read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) dated 4 July 2018.

Step 2: Identify & Complete The Application Form

Towards the end of the PDS you’ll find an application form that must be completed. If you have any difficulty understanding the form, or completing it, please call Althea on (03) 8592 0270 during business hours and she will assist you.

Step 3: Proof Of ID

As a new investor to the Fund, we are required to verify your identification. Instructions on the ID we require, together with details on how to have it verified, can be found in Section 11 of the the PDS. They are also summarised here for your convenience:
