Plantation Capital Limited as the Responsible Entity (RE) of the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund has decided to bring forward the June 2020 distribution and pay it on 15 May. The distribution will be at 7.5 cents per unit, 50% more than the last distribution, and will be paid in cash (i.e. no reinvestments will be allowed for this distribution option). The next distribution is expected to be declared in December 2020, however it may be earlier if we manage to sell several properties as planned. The next redemption period is tentatively scheduled for September 2021.
